As outside caterers we want to serve
the best wines with our food

Fine selection of drinks

We grew up in the family wine business; pouring and smelling (and occasionally tasting) at the legendary bi-annual Bennetts’ wine tastings.

As the nation weened itself off Liebfraumilch, Blue Nun and Mateus Rosé and Dad made the inexplicable Beaujolais run in his Morris Marina estate*, the young Bennetts were carrying cases and opening bottles.  Good wine has always been our thing. Today as outside caterers we want to serve the best wines with our food. It is not necessary for us to mark-up wines in the same way that restaurants do because we don’t hold stock and every event is bespoke.

Whether you opt for a drinks package or to buy at retail prices through our friends at Toke’s you can be assured that we will serve wines of the highest quality.  To discuss your options, including purchasing on a consumption or return basis please contact us.

*In the interests of historical accuracy by the time we could carry a full 12 bottle case the Marina had died, and no one is sure it ever made it to Calais, though it definitely went south of Oxford at least once.
